Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Great question.  When Jeff ships your order he SHOULD email you the tracking number.  Jeff is easily distracted (squirrel) and may have forgotten.  Wait a day or two before you panic.  Double Fifth is a really small company and sometimes it takes a day or three before your item ships.  If you are a registered customer click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.  You can also email Jeff for the status: jeff@doublefifth.com
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  The best way is to pick up the phone and call Jeff at 971-222-3679 or email him: jeff@doublefifth.com.  Some orders get packed and shipped quickly so contact him right away.  Hopefully he didn't go and get all efficient and already shipped!
How do I track my order?
  Just put your tracking number into any web browser and hit enter, it should take you to a site that will show you the status.  If you are a registered customer please sign in then click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Well nuts. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. You should have received an email tracking number. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please Jeff (jeff@doublefifth.com) for assistance. Registered customers click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.

Note: Jeff is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for items that were shipped to the address you provided in your order. However he is not a monster. Contact him and he will do his best to help you resolve the problem.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
