DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

The Weight-based Domestic Shipping Chart applies to Individual paddles and individual item sales:

Combined shipping rates for Individual paddles and items are based on the combined Shipping Weight of each item purchased. The Shipping Weight for each paddle or item is indicated in the item specifications/description of our store items. The shipping rate associated to the total Shipping Weight of these combined items is the shipping charge you will pay. For example, 5 wooden paddles and two, single paddle bag have a combined Shipping Weight of 14 lbs (10 lbs for the paddles, 4 lbs for the bags). The Weight-based Domestic Shipping Chart above indicates a shipping rate of $21.99 via FedEx Ground/Home service based on 14 lbs total Shipping Weight.

All orders exceeding 30 lbs in total combined weight will require a shipping quote. Please email us if considering to purchase more than 30 lbs with all your contact information (phone number included) specifying the shipping option and the item purchased. We will issue an order with a customized shipping rate based on the total Shipping Weight of your order and email it to you. Such email will contain a link to access our secure Checkout link when you can complete checkout of your customized order.

The Category-based Domestic Shipping Chart applies to Wood Paddles, Composite Paddles, Paddle Bags, Accessories and Apparel:

Items are only combined with like items and the additional item of like category receives the discounted shipping rate for such category. The Category-based Domestic Shipping Chart above indicates the shipping rate for each category and for each additional item in such category. For example, paddles shipped within the lower 48 United States will cost $16.97 via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery service. That is $8.99 for the first paddle and $3.99 for each additional paddle.

Normally, all Domestic shipments originate 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment (Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays not included). To ensure all orders are shipped correctly, we cannot guarantee same day shipping and, occasionally, some order may take a bit longer. However, we try our best to ship all orders for which payments are received and cleared before 12:00am (Pacific Time) on the same day. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

All Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx. Following is a brief description of the FedEx shipping options we offer to our buyers within 50 United States:

• Ground - Door-to-door Business Address delivery in 1-5 business days, depending on distance to the destination. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3-7 business days. Service dates are Monday - Friday by end of Business day.

• Home Delivery - Door-to-door Home Address delivery in 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service dates are Tuesday?Saturday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

• 2Day - By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences) Service dates are Monday - Friday. Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and ZIP codes in Hawaii in 3 business days.

• Standard Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Service dates are Monday - Friday (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery to certain remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii is in 1 or 2 business days.

• Priority Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas. Service dates are Monday - Friday. Delivery to certain remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii is in 1 or 2 business days.

All orders are shipped at buyer's expense. Shipping charges include Handling costs and Insurance against loss or damage while in transit.

FedEx does not provide delivery service to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box within the lower 48 States, please refer to the FedEx Ground/Home rates on both Weight-based and Category-based charts above for shipping rates your P.O. Box address.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box in Alaska or Hawaii, please refer to the FedEx Ground/Home rates to these States on both Weight-based and Category-based charts above for shipping rates your P.O. Box address.

At checkout time, select FedEx Ground/Home as your shipping option and we will ship your order to your P.O. Box address via USPS Priority Mail.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes only. No exception!

We support our Armed Forces and all orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service. Shipping charges include handling costs and insurance against loss or damage while in transit.

ATTENTION! - Shipping Rates do not include Customs Duties and Taxes, if applicable.

We offer significant savings on Domestic shipments when purchasing multiple items. Therefore, wait until the completion of your last item to checkout when bidding on multiple items. This will allow you to combine items into one shipping fee and thereby save you on shipping charges. After selecting all the items you want to purchase, click on the Checkout to process payment of your order. Our checkout system will automatically provide your with the Shipping Options and Combined Shipping Rates based on your location and items purchased. Domestic Shipping charges include Handling costs, Insurance against loss or damage while in transit.

Combined shipping rates for Individual Clubs and Irons Sets are based on the combined Shipping Weight of each item purchased. The Shipping Weight is indicated above in the item specifications/description. The shipping rate associated to the total Shipping Weight of these combined items is the shipping charge you will pay. For example,5 paddles and 2 paddle bags have a combined Shipping Weight of 14 lbs (10 pounds for the paddles and four pounds for the bags). The Weight-based International Shipping Chart below indicates a shipping rate of $54.99 to Canada and $89.99 Worldwide via FedEx International Priority Service based on the 14 lbs total Shipping Weight.

All orders exceeding 30 lbs in total combined weight will require a shipping quote. Please email us after completing the purchase of your last item of your current order with all your contact information (phone number included) specifying the shipping option and the item purchased. We will issue an order with a customized shipping rate based on the total Shipping Weight of your order and email it to you. The Category-based International Shipping Chart applies to Paddles, Paddle Bags, Apparel, Accessories and books:

Golf Bags, Golf Balls, Apparel, Accessories and Shoes are only combined with like items and the additional item of like category receives the discounted shipping rate for such category. The Category-based International Shipping Chart below indicates the shipping rate for each category and for each additional item in such category. For example, 3 pairs of golf shoes will cost $60.97 to Canada via FedEx International Priority service. That is $24.99 for the first pair of shoes and $17.99 for each additional pair of shoes.

All International orders are shipped via International Priority, a fast and reliable service with deliveries typically in 1-3 business days. It reaches major cities in Europe by 10:30 am, typically in 2 business days. FedEx International Priority service dates are Monday to Friday. ATTENTION! - International buyers are responsible for any additional Customs clearance charge (Duties and Taxes). International shipments may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes. Such fees are levied once a shipment reaches the final international destination. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Double Fifth Dragon Boating has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount of such fees. We encourage all our international customers to contact their local customs office or local FedEx brokerage office if they need additional information before purchasing our products.

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country. All shipments being sent to and from a country must clear customs first. All sellers need to provide the correct documentation so that your item won't be held or delayed by customs. Accurate documentation such as an invoice is required for shipping anything other than letters and documents. Because all orders are insured for the Full Sale Price against loss or damage while in transit, all our international invoices declare the actual purchase price of the item(s) purchased. Please do not ask us to reduce the value of the item you purchased, or declare it as a warranty item or gift. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
