Shipping to USA and Canada

USA
Standard shipping is via ground using carriers like US Postal Service, FedEx, etc. Transit time for standard ground shipping is between 2 and 7 business days depending on location. I'm located in Washington State so it's faster to the west coast. East coast shipments typically take closer to 5 to 7 days.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen shipments unless I made an error.

USA Expedited Service
Air shipping is via FedEx or US Postal Service and is 1 to 3 business days. West Coast is 1 to 2 days, East Coast is 2 to 4. If there is not an expedited shipping option or you need it faster than 3 business days please call Jeff at 971-222-3679. Jeff supports all available expedited options including getting on the next flight and personally handing you the item.

CANADA
Standard shipping is via International ground using carriers like US Postal Service, FedEx, etc. Transit time for standard ground shipping is between 7 and 14 business days depending on location. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen international shipments. Canada shipments have to clear Canadian Customs Agency and this could delay your shipment. Duty, tax and other import fees may be charged by your Customs agency. We are not responsible for any duty, tax or other import fees.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via US Postal Service or other US based carriers such as FedEx. Transit time depends greatly on your location. Shipments outside of North America can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. International shipments have to clear your countries Customs Agency and this could delay your shipment. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen international shipments. Duty, tax and other import fees may be charged by your Customs agency. We are not responsible for any duty, tax or other import fees.

Unable to deliver or wrong address
Jeff uses the shipping address in the order. If the information given is not correct Jeff will do his best to help but is not responsible if the order is not received. If Jeff suspects something is not right with your shipping address he will contact you before shipping.

Signature required
Nearly all of our packages have a tracking number (small stuff that ships 1st Class won't have a tracking number ). We do not require a direct signature. The package will probably be left by your door. If you are not sure if the package will be safe until you get home there are a couple of options. 1) have the package delivered to a business address 2) contact us and we will arrange for your order to be picked up at the shipper's location (Local Post Office, FedEx Office, UPS Store, etc.) Again we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen shipments.
